A little bit about me...
Where to begin. As a child I loved Jennifer Connolly and David Bowie in Labyrinth, Kylie Minogue in Neighbours and Phillip Schofield on Going Live...
Now I'm a bit older, I love Jennifer Connolly in Requiem for a Dream, David Bowie in all his music, Kylie Minogue in everything (especially her collaboration with Towa Tei) and Phillip Schofield in This Morning... So not much has changed.
I am Peter Collins; a creative type from the North of England (Sheffield to be precise... well, a mining village not too far away from there anyway...) I went to Leeds Metropolitan University to study Graphic Arts and Design where I gained a 2.1 and then went to study further to MA level which I attainded a Merit award. Not too shabby.
I love all forms of the art; photography, graphic design, art direction, illustration, fashion, film, theatre, music... you name it really. I am a little more focused than that though. I used to play guitar at school but the thought of playing in front of people made me hate it... so I realised that behind the lens, in the background, was where I longed to be whilst seeking my fame and fortune. It also happened to be what I enjoyed more and was better at, so that was handy.
